Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

By using Reno you agree to these terms. You must be 13+ (18+ to purchase). You are responsible for the prompts and media you submit and must have the rights to any uploaded content, including likenesses of real people.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Credits are consumed per generation as shown before you generate; failed generations are refunded automatically. Unused subscription credits do not roll over after cancellation; purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.

You own the outputs you create, subject to the licenses of the underlying model providers, and may use them commercially on paid plans. You may not use Reno to create illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, content sexualizing minors, deceptive impersonation, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
